From my understanding.
Currently the SVT division in NA deals with the big motored rwd cars (mustang, raptor etc). Where as the Ford Europes RS group deals with the smaller fwd cars (Focus etc)
The new ST will be called ST both here and in europe, and if they do make and RS odds are it will be called RS in both places as well.
