YES . If it the PCV hose. It comes from the front of the engine. Right behind the exhaust manifold, out of the PCV valve. Make a 90* turn to the left and connects to a hard tube. Then a soft tube again , as it make a left 90* turn again towards the intake mani. Right at that turn the hose usually gets soft and collapses or just falls apart. It will definetely cause your problems.
