Update to this. I went ahead and bought the resonated front pipe from Trubendz to replace the straight pipe, and have had it on for a week now. I like it MUCH
more. I liked it a lot before, but the sound with this setup is so much more quality sounding. Not that much quieter at idle-low revs, but at high revs to WOT, it's way quieter, and doesn't have that "blast" it did before (which was cool about 40% of the time and annoying 60% of the time). The sound is a lot smoother and deeper now. I can actually hear my intake, now. As a matter of fact, I'd say at WOT, it's only a touch louder than the stock exhaust was, but with a lot more body.
Just a consideration for those hung up between getting the non-resonated and the resonated setup like I was.
2.5" Trubendz/Magnaflow exhaust, HPS intake w/ 8" AEM filter, Autolite 103s gapped to 0.060", Steeda STS
