You need to replace your valve cover gasket. Oil from around your camshafts is seeping down into the spark plug area through a tear or separation in the gasket.

From what I've read, a bad VCT solenoid can also leak oil. That's the module to the left of your spark plug wires when you remove the black plastic "Powered by SVT" cover from the valve cover. I believe you would be able to see a trail of oil leading back to the VCT module if this is the case.
