I'm sure that viney266 would have never put his children in a situation that would have caused any harm to come to his children. Please keep in mind that the race shut off at a 60-70 MPH range no traffic, late at night, red light-straight road-red light. Having two children myself, I feel that as a parent you put your children more at risk on the freeway where speeds far excede those of 60 to 70 MPH (by drivers other than yourself). It was a great race, his children seemed to really enjoy it, viney enjoyed it, heck....my children giggle when you just rev up the motor and get a little wheel spin.
My point is, and maybe I going over board here; no harm came, he won, in a wagon at that, kids loved it, everyone had a blast except the poor punk that had to face his friends afterwards.
