The 2.0 is your raw voltage. If you specify you are using an AEM wideband on the scanning device datalogging set up menu, a formula will be applied to the raw voltage "behind the scenes" to give the corect AFR. That formula isn't shown on the scanner but it is V*2 +10.
So the channel giving you 2.0V is likely the one with the proper signal since (2.0 X 2)+10 = 14. You've just missed the scanner "wideband set up" step from the looks of it.
