I already have a hard time starting the car in cold ass weather. Takes 2-4 tries sometimes. Once it started, I have to hold the rev at 1500 for about 10-15 seconds so it doesn't die.

Yeah, if you have a turbo, you would def need to do that. im guessing you have a timer.
