Look at the number 3 plug, and look at the wear on all the other plugs (platinum autolite plugs) 56k miles on the svt when I changed the plugs. (I bought the car with 55.5k)
edit: I gapped it at 60.
This isnt from ware , there is a lean issue in #3 from what I am seeing but my guess is something entered the combustion chamber and broke the plug , the wire is bent closed (gap) much more then the others and the tip of the electrode is gone this does not happen from ware or heat with this type plug
