Yes, as it lowered negative camber is usually increased. How much though cannot be easily determined. Zero toe (front or rear) is better than too much toe in or out and may actually be an OK starting point. The rear "may" end up feeling a little looser than one with a little toe-in. Rear toe-out is when things get interesting and really isn't appropriate for a street driven car.
