almost every friday night, in the parking lot of Lowes on the intersection of 301 and Gibsonton in Riverview,
starts 9,930 ish, mabye sooner
ive never gone but i work there so i see them when they show up. don't think ive see any foci. seen some civics, mustangs, various tuners and the like, a whole gaggle.
i usually work fridays till 11, but some some people stay there longer.
