hi, yes, i believe superchop is correct about the sparco label. just turn it to the side. the only tricky part is getting at the screw to tighen it.
no, it is not hard to install. you just cut open the stock one. it is just rubber, and you will see the yellowish plastic under it. cut it, take it off, slide on the RS handle. tighten it down and ur done.
