Yeah the whole assembly weighs in at around 20 lbs. The shafts themselves aren't that much and it only really frees up around 3-5 hp maybe. What it is really good for is freeing up rotational drag and allows the motor to respond faster.
How bad is the vibration? While idling, my 2.0 is so smooth that sometimes I have to look at the tach just to make sure it's still running.
