I recall test driving a white 01 zx3 with manual sunroof, abs, side airbags, 4 wheel disc brakes, and rear head restraints. Aside from the SVT - I haven't seen rear head restraints or 4 wheel disc brakes on a focus since. The dealer even had sedans and wagons with rear head restraints (think it was part of a safety package of some kind back then).
My 02 was bare bones, but my 07 has power sunroof, 6 disc cd changer, side air bags, and abs. Nothing too fancy - but no rear head restraints.
