The Innovate LC-1 is an excellent, accurate wideband O2. It's what I use, all I use.

The easiest means of pressure testing the intake system is right at the mouth of the turbo, using an appropriately sized silicone coupler and PVC pipe cap, with a quick connect fitting screwed into the cap. With a bit of compressed air and a slow twist of the regulator, it's easy to hear any leaks whistling.

If you're losing that much pressure, you'll most definitely notice a difference when you get it resolved. With that turbo, you should be getting full boost by ~3k rpm.
