I don't see any problems with it, as it is basically the same engine, only in a different car. I'm pretty sure the header will work fine, but getting the correct cat/ORP and flexpipe combo to make it the correct length to bolt up to the Contour catback could be interesting. You may be able to go with the SVT flex and high flow cat/ORP and then rig up something custom to make it fit the catback (a piece of pipe to make it the correct length or, if it is too long, shorten the catback), as I doubt the length will be right.
Zetec....is that like Vtec or something???
