Yeah, its not going to be very stable...I wouldn't take any sharp curves at anything over 10 MPH with the endlinks removed. Odds are that's your problem...a good test is to take the load off the front end and check the endlinks for play...if they're good they shouldn't move at all or very little at the most, when they're dead they'll wiggle all over the place. My passenger-side endlink was so shot that I was able to pull the ball out of the socket with little resistance.
