Give yourself plenty of time for this. I budgetted like four hours for it, and it ended up taking like seven. Theoretically, if all of the bolts come out easily, it shouldn't take that long, but, if you live in a state where you are blessed with snowy winters and rusted bolts (like me), it will be a little more time consuming.
As far as special tools...it can be done without a lift. That is how I did it. Just get a set of jackstands and go to work. The only place I used a Sawzall was to shorten one of the new bolts for the flange where the flex bolts up to the catback (the ones I had bought were too long, and were having clearance issues, so if you get the right length ones, there should be no need for a Sawzall).
Just soak the bolts with penetrating oil and be prepared to break some of them off, so buy all new hardware. I'm making it sound worse than it is, but I just want to make it clear that this is not a one hour job.
