Ill stand behind that walter is a good person, he was willing to spend time on the phone with me when i had question (when i could get ahold of him)
but again i waited months on end for a CAI and i said
it b/c he doesnt answer a phone, emails, nothing, the man is almost impossible to get ahold of. Not someone to bus with IMO. I had paypal open an investigation on him since he NEVER returned my money, then had the bank do a force credit back. Oh yeah thats why i dont have a pay pal account anymore either... thanks
