I bought a XCal 2 + 6 months free updates from Wayne back in December. I have used it, and asked for a retune since I felt I wasn't getting any power out of my tune, plus some other things. I have emails dating back from March where he has never responded to me.. at least 10 seperate counts. One previous to that, he asked for my customer information, then disappeared. I've been nothing but patient with this but I gave up in August, when my tune subscription expired. I feel that I should still be covered due to 0 contact, but whatever. Good luck.
