ok, so this is where we need jeff to chime in. In the Goodies list here it says that the 86-90 GT header is the one to modify, however in my serach I found no GT for 86-90.
Here is what I found that might fit-
Ford Escort (86-90) 1.9L SOHC - 1-1/2", 2 1/2", 169854 $302.29
OR
Ford Escort (91-96) GT 1.8L - 1-5/8", 2 1/4", 169872 $302.29
