Are you going to do the evo swap mike? I was thinking about it when you brought it up but I really don't know if it's worth it to me anymore. Once I start making more money and can pay off more of the focus I want to sell it. But that may be a while. So I've decided to do a few mods till then.

part of me wants to mod the F out of my Focus, but now that i'm racing it isn't really worth it, if i go turbo i'm in SM and i'll be chasing down a lot of faster cars and won't be competitive, unless the competition blows. now if i 2.3 swap, header cai, exhaust, tune, wide Rcompounds nice suspension i could be competitive in FSP.. cause in ST the 2.0 dura gets smoked. grr it's a hard decsion.

i am looking into 15x7.5 rota slips.. they are the only wheels i can find in our pattern in 15"x7.5" plus they clear SVT brakes that i'll be getting soon..

its a good course, dont get me wrong, but they train you on rebel 250's.

may as well be riding a moped or a dirt bike. A lot of riding is being aware of your surroundings (by surroundings, i mean the f**n idiots on the road)

it will however, get you a discount on insurance

and which type of insurance? I could always use a drop in it.

um...... let's see. what else.

oh. right, the evo swap. yeah I do still plan on doing that. the only things that kept me back from doing the subaru is the fact that the engine I was gonna put in needed to be rebuilt, I needed to get all of the accessory components (AC PS etc) and it was an NA 2.5 160 hp engine. Then that and the fact it wouldn't fit for me to do AWD I gave up on it.

with the Mits, I've been finding complete swaps all the way to the back end ( drivetrain wise) for 2-3k and that means 230 (maybe. I don't remember) hp stock twinscroll turbo tune and parts.... and I COULD actually do the AWD with it.

oh and I picked up those wheels today too..... believe it or not I fit FOUR 15" wheels WITH tires installed on them, into my trunk and it closed and locked
