A bit of help needed with my Focus race car

I've stripped out a 2000 Focus to race on our local oval track. Roll bar installed, race seat, 5 point harness etc, etc. Two things I need quick answers too (next race coming up soon).
#1. I need to install an electric fuel cut-off switch to kill the power to the fuel pump. The switch has to be located near the right rear window and accessible from the outside of the car and I'm pretty sure that's where the fuel pump wiring is. Do you know which wire I can splice into for this ??
#2. I need to get 4 degrees of camber in the front wheels and I can't see an easy way of doing this. Any thoughts on this ??
Any help is greatly appreciated !!! I'll have to post some pictures of the car when it's done.

I'm not sure how you can get much more than maybe 2.5. Why do you need so much?

The stock reset switch should be in the passenger footwell, probably behind a kick panel. Maybe you can delete that, and extended it back to where you need it.

Thanks for the response. When racing on an oval track, we need to start with lots of camber to keep a better contact patch on the track in the corners. With no camber, we just burn off the outer edge of the tires and won't have enough grip to go fast. I'll have a look at that switch.

OIC.
Will the car be lowered at all?

I wonder if something like this may be your best bet.

I'd consider leaving the inertia switch intact, but simply adding a switch in series with it. That way if you get in an accident, the inertia switch will perform it's job as intended, but you can still cut the fuel pump off with an exterior switch.

I've seen a few accidents where electric fuel pumps continued to pump after the vehicle stopped- and the fuel line was damaged. I had a whole bunch of people in AR approaching a vehicle with lit cigarettes to help after an accident while gasoline was spewing from a broken fuel line.

This is not really the right forum for this sort of question. This forum is for maintenance and repair questions. I think the best forum for this discussion is Zetec Performance, but let me check and see if the racing forum would be better.

Moved to Road Racing and Rally Forum. I think you'll get better advice here from fellow racers- thanks for posting!

I wondered about that. I don't know much about race cars, so I wasn't sure if they would leave an inertia switch intact.

No. It has to remain stock although it seems low already. I have to change the stock 205-50-16 tires and wheels to a 15 inch set. We aren't allowed to run 16's in our class and they have to be at least 60's. I think I'll run 205-60-15 but I'll try 195's as well.

Oh ok. I was just wondering since going lower will give you more camber.
