I currently have 2 kids and 3rd is on his way. Love the room of the wagon. I can't wait to take the wagon out for a road trip next summer. Before the Focus wagon, I had a '95 Escort wagon. Comparing the 2, night and day. We had always taken our other vehicle ('01 MPV) on road trip but really looking forward to take the wagon this time to save some gas money.

Love my little wagon. Went on a day trip of 225 miles going from sea level to 6000 ft. and back with good old So. Cal. freeway stop and go and got 31 miles per gal. Pretty good for an atx. Two days before this I had an oil change with Castrol Syntec 5-20. (Could not get Mobil 1. Katrina has caused a big shortage in oil products.) The synthetic oil really makes the engine run a lot smoother. Now to see how well the in town mileage goes with the Syntec.

When I did Jetfest 05 it was about 900 miles one way. My ATX got 30-32 MPG. no problems with it. use Mobil 1.

What about it wagon owners, should we have our own group, like the SVT Squad.
