Foci Get Together at OK SCCA Autox
 

I figured I'd share the pictures of the event with everyone on Focus Fanatics. There are about 1.5MB of pictures in this thread, so if you're on 56k, it might take about 3-5 minutes to finish loading the page (depending on your speed). I am on dial-up as well, so I feel your pain.

We tried to form a little get to together at the OK SCCA autocross Ataru and I ran in. The turnout wasn't as large as expected, but we definitely appreciate those that did show up.

Here are the pictures. Sorry if the quality isn't stellar, and yeah, I had to throw in the S2000s because I thought that last shot was awesome looking. Most of the shots are angled to fit in all the cars, so try not to get too disoriented.

Nope. I was hoping to see something out of that car, but I think it might've been a sort of "work in progress." It runs, but I don't know if he wanted to run it. I was honestly hoping for at least 10 Foci owners since four I knew were coming (myself and several others), and then three other Foci owners that were going to invite their Foci friends. These things usually don't turn out like their supposed to, but I was happy nonetheless that some came.

Those things look pretty. I like the 351. I bet that thing runs like a bat outta hell. I wonder how it handles...

You know, I didn't even ask for a ride because I had to run once I finished my work assignment. Then, I just didn't even think about it after that. But I'm sure I'll see them again, so I'll try and remember to post my comments on it. I think they said their NOS bottle was empty at the moment, so it wouldn't have been any fun anyway. [;)]
