It looks to me like you may be braking a bit late, but for the most part you look pretty good!
You guys sure are crazy about slaloms...

PapoSwing 09-22-2005 10:26 AM

^^^ I agree. Be smoother on the brakes and u won't have to fight it as much, that'll help, and especially since ur doing well with the competition. Keep posting up vids!!! [thumb]

Practice your left-foot braking if you really want to get good and smooth with it. It's tough at first, but pays big dividends. No jumping back and forth between pedals, so you're smoother with the imputs, can be a lot more precise, no delay between gas and brake application (those tenths and hundreths add up!), and it's GREAT for correcting yourself mid-line.

Also, remember that you should have all your braking done BEFORE the apex, so you should be accelerating through every corner. If you are braking IN the corner then it's too late. It seems slow at first, but once you get used to it and see how much faster you are through the actual corner, at the end of the straight after the corner, and how much it lets you choose the fast line, it's a revelation.

Been WAY too busy to get mine loaded up yet.[:(]
I guess ya just gave me some incentive.[;)]
Video turned out great too.
No problems downloading.

Hey, right at 40 sec. into it, that guy standing on the left is yours truly.
WD40..... "Corner Worker Extraordinaire", at your service.
You were runnin' pretty good through that section!

BTW, since this is specifically a racing video, I'm moving it to that forum.[;)]
