What's with the 2005 2.0 Duratec engine's non-serviceable AIR FILTER?

What type of filter are they using that "only a qualified service tech" can can determine if it needs changing?

If something happens to the motor that can be specifically linked to you putting an aftermarket intake on the car, then yes.

The burden of proof is on the dealer to prove the mod damaged the car.
