Ported cylinder head and mulitple throttle bodies for svt
 
I know its cheaper for power/$ to turbo or supercharge but I want to keep it n/a. Is there company out there who will port the head for me. Also can you get multiple throttle bodies like I saw on st170.

We (Massive Speed System) DOES make a CNC ported head based off of the (superior) SVT casting.

Equipped with custom Manley oversize +1mm stainless valves, Supertech single groove keepers, CAT high rate valve springs and retainers, Massive blue Viton stem seals, etc. Full port work, valve job and chamber reshape. Flow 298 CFM on intkae side @ .500” lift measured at 28” of H2O.

$1767+$300 core.

Not to nitpick but,
Howsabout listing flow #'s that a stock SVT cam can attain ...

I don't know of many guys willing to stick $3,000 into a cylinder head (cams).

We resisted offering an SVT based head BECAUSE there were no good aftermarket cams available. Once CAT started offering their billet core units, we got on the project straight away. There just wasnt much reason with only stockers out there, the gains would be good, but possibly not enough for most folks to justify with stock units.

That said, look at the gains at .400" of lift, stock cam territory. Still pretty phenomenal.

Dyno with nothing changed but the ported head , flow # mean little , dyno of head and cams and other mods would mean little

Dyno with nothing but the ported head ?

And do you have the important info from the rest of the flow test like what it was tested at etc ?

From my original question can I send my cylinder head to be ported out and could it be shaped for bigger cam shafts I don't want to buy a new head and if I did have to buy this new head would it have valve timing

In for this one... i have a ported head from a lical pirter and im suspecting that is the cause of me not making power :(

What is your power goal ? What do you do with your car most street or track ?
