Video clips of snorkle delete with K&N?

I can't seem to find any clips of the intake sound of the snorkle delete mod combined with a drop-in filter such as a K&N. Anyone know if there is one or can make one?

I won't sound any different w/snorkel vs. without.

What do you want? Hood down? Hood up? Rev? From cabin under load w/acceleration?

Wow...didn't know I had so many choices. I suppose hood up getting rev'd. I was just curious if it was louder.

Are you talking side snorkel? Heard it sounds deeper. Have you checked youtube?

Not any louder really, but my exhaust may be hiding the sound.

Removing the resonator underneath the airbox made the biggest difference for noise. Snorkel delete and drop in didn't do too much.

^ This x2.

I can go take a video of the interior sound with acceleration and post it up. You aren't going to hear much of anything with no load by revving with the car parked with this setup.

Give me about 15 minutes to get my car warmed up/run and I'll see if I can get a vid up.

One thing about the snorkle delete kod...what is the actual engineered purpose of the snokle? It isn't there randomly..there has to be a reason.

I would like to give you a direct answer to that, but I'm not the engineer so I honestly can't. It could have something to do with collecting air from the low-pressure area immediately behind the oval, but that's only my speculation. The additional holes in it could be there to increase the surface area of which it can draw, but all of that is simply me speculating.

Ok, I'm posting this from my phone so it may not work initially. If it does, don't be overly concerned with the rate of acceleration because I was climbing a hill to put it under max load-
