New Focus for a former Focus owner

Just bought my second Focus (first one was a 2000 ZX3).

Picking it up on Monday but it's:
2012 Focus Titanium Hatch, fully loaded with leather, back up camera, nav, spare set of tires and rims for winter, etc. With only 10866km on it for 19K after taxes (5% GST in Alberta).

Anyways, anything I should watch for early on in these cars? I've never owned such a new car so it's hard to know if something won't be reliable in the long run but maybe there are a few things that are common?

Cheers

Congrats! You should post this in the Mk3 section, not the engine performance section.

There are plenty of posts here about common issues with the Mk3 Focus, mostly relating to the DCT transmission and the MyFordTouch entertainment option.

Yea sorry just realized I put this in the wrong section. Hopefully I didn't buy another lemon with this DCT tranny..

Cheers

Was the carfax clean? I doubt one that was lemon lawed would have a clean carfax. Additionally, you likely would have noticed on the test drive if something was wrong.

Not sure if lemonlawed is a thing here in Canada but I should look into it.
