Small problems

I have a 2012 Focus SE with a few annoying problems. At least once a week the buttons on my keyfob do not work. I know there is a techinical service notice for this problem, but my car was built 4 months after the date. Next once in awhile the dome light doesn't turn on when I open the door. Next a few times when I turn the key in the ignition it doesn't turn over the engine but if i let go of the key it starts. Last of all My car had a few things reprogrammed last weekend because of a recall. Well last Saturday my car would not go into reverse until I shut the car off and restarted it. Anyone else have any of these annoyong problems?

Hi kek1962,

Have you mentioned all of these concerns to your dealer so they can address them? I want to get this escalated to your regional customer service manager so they can get to work on this. Send me a PM with your VIN, dealer, mileage, daytime phone number, and full name; I'll get to work on your case.
