passenger head lamp wont work!

so i have HIDs and they've been working fine with out any problems. Then when i got in my car tonight the passenger one wouldn't work at all. My resistor for the HIDs wasnt getting any power so i disconnected the HID light and installed a regular light bulb and it still didn't work...all fuses are not blown..any ideas?

Moved to "MK3 Focus" since this has nothing to do with engine performance or upgrades.
