OK, So I have a 02 ZX5 144K miles I love this car, but it has recently been a headache. I have replace all window regulators aftermarket. Then 3 mths. later the drivers window stop working the airbag light stays on always and the seat belt warning light with a very audible ding goes on for about 10 min. I tried to put a code scanner to the car but everything comes back no codes. I assume there is a short somewhere. Could the airbags and seat belt be connected somewhere? What about the window? To anyone who answers this thank you. I just want to cut the dinging.Which wire to the ECU will do this? This is enough for sane person to check into the loony bin.

It all should go to the body computer. Don't remember where it is for sure, but might be under back seats. Check for corrosion

Edward, welcome to FF!
In my experience, air bag codes can not be read with a standard OBD II scanner. And, yes, both the seat belts (buckles and pre-tensioners) and the airbags are part of the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System which has its own control module, located beneath the center console. When the airbag light is on, the entire SRS is disabled, therefore, no airbags, no pre-tensioners, or anything else which is part of the SRS.
I think it unlikely that the window regulators are connected to the SRS, except, as you surmise, by a wiring short. Good Luck.

Airbag light:

-check fuse F60 (7.5amp) behind dash on left side near your left knee. That powers the module under the console. There is also a ground wire down there for the other side of the power circuit.

-The "clockspring" in your steering column will throw airbag warning light if it has gone bad. It is a thin printed circuit on flexible film, it's appearance is like a wound clock spring.

-There are sensors to see if you are sitting in the seats
-There are sensors to see where the seat position is
-There are sensors to see if the belts are buckled
-There are wires going to the seatbelt tensioners

(if any of those sensors is disconnected or has a broken wire, warning light will come on)
