the bolt pattern of a 00-11 focus is 4x108 so I guess it will fit. ;)

you will need : Best Tire :Front/Rear: 245/45-17

These were the infos on the website you gave. But for the rest I'll let you check, i'm not an expert in wheels stuff.

To fit a 17x9 your gonna have to go with a narrower tire then a 245. Otherwise you'll prolly end up rubbing a lot. I'd go with the 17x8, prolly be a bit easier to work with.
