Item Description: These inserts are used in place of the poly inserts on the CFM (and possibly others) lower mount. I had an extra set made and do not need these.

Noisy? They don't make any noise. They are a solid fit w/ no play.

I would assume he is talking about engine noise transfer, same as with camber plates.
