Our spy photographers have just sent us the first ever pictures of Lincoln's long-rumored Ford Focus-based compact luxury sedan.

The yet un-named Focus-based Lincoln is clearly still in the early development phase, with the car sporting a collection of Focus and prototype parts. However, a closer look at the car's camouflaged front ends reveals this isn't just an update for the current Focus.

wouldnt be surprised if they did and used the ecoboost in the sedan...

yeah that'd be pretty bad ass if they made the ecoboost standard :)

Ford is just clueless about what to do with Lincoln.[facepalm]

Brand engineering going strong at FMC. Make the Ecoboost the standard powerplant, Re-arrange the nose and tail, have some different wheels cast, throw some Napa leather in it, print some different guage backing plates, and put in a 12 speaker stereo. Voila....the Lincoln MK-F. LOL

Ha MKF I like that. Would be funny if that's what they end up calling it. If they go Ecoboost can we say ST Sedan?
