WTB: Black 2003 Focus zts/Centennial Need Parts - hood, windshield, drivers window, Passenger CV shaft, Engine mount by passenger strut tower

I just purchased a second ford focus, possibly to replace my silver 2000 lx

It runs fine no issues but the cv shaft was torn loose by a cinder block the previous owner ran over. Im looking for some aid in the form of spare parts etc. Id prefer not to "borrow" from my lx since its in full functioning order.

Black 2003 Ford Focus ZTS Centennial

Passenger CV shaft
Windshield
Drivers window
Engine mount by Passenger strut tower.
Hood
One 16 inch matching rim v.v
Owner tried parting it out before i snagged it.

I will probably also need tie rods and other small suspension pieces by the end of the repairs.

Moved you to the Want to Buy area so others can see what your looking for. Also check out Rockauto.com they tend to have great prices on the most things.

Well i did OK on my 2000 LX But now Id like something a little more solid, Sure its having a rough spot but it was seemingly well taken care of until this incident. Garage maintained etc. Besides for $290..... I could butcher my lx to fix this one.

Orrrr part this thing out and junk the remains. I wouldnt mind the leather interior, though id have to swap ALLLLL the brown trim v.v

If it's in good condition just fix it, and leather very nice! Not many came with leather in the early models lol

From looking at it, It has all the nice options That it could with the centennial package, interior was clean didn't have scratches/stretching of the leather or stains on the floor.

Hell it had Cruise control as a 5 speed. That + the key fob was more important to me then the power roof window, moon/sun whichever.

I believe it came with 6 disc cd changer

Craigslist ad.

To be honest I wanted it to just swap the Dash cluster.... I hate not having a tachometer on my Manual lx...

After looking at it though i went expecting the Driver side to be smashed or something nope, Owner cracked the windshield "towing it" and then smashed it with something blunt 4 times. Im not sure how he broke the drivers window lol but im sure he was very mad.

Towing method was chain + brakes to stop. Mangled the hood latch, i might be able to salvage it with a jury rigged plate/hood latch.

Looks pretty clean, I'd fix that and dump your other car in a hurry. All the parts that are damaged are replaceable and easy to find via junk yards and other sources.

Oh man and it's a 2.3! You just hit the jack pot as far as I'm concerned! The 2.3 is very desirable and sought after for that body style. Plus it has very nice options too boot! What a great find.

The only downside, 180000~ miles, however the previous - previous (2 back )
had serviced the engine and even had the head cover painted red at 90000 miles.

That was the risky part with it but it Sounded awesome and clean except for the CV shaft sounded like a heartbeat lmao.

Now it just means I need to either Lose the 16 rims and keep my 14 inch steelies ( the 16 in tires are shot) or buy jumpers to sell my lx.

I have new 14 tires etc. but will i find the rim/ 4 new tires without breaking my bank which is already... lacking lol
