Tousley ford slow processing/shipping?
 

I ordered some goodies from our friends over in Minnesota at Tousley Ford about a week ago and the order has been processing since, i called my bank and they said everythings good. Has anyone else had any experience with them being a little slow?

Well, considering Christmas and New Years JUST happened, it might take a little while longer.......

You guys picked a bad time to order with the holidays and all.

I had ordered something from them and got it in a week via USPS in November.

All previous orders had arrived before it was expected and they anticipated a change in the parts I actually needed. My experience has been tops with them, not to mention they beat the local employee discount, incuding shipping on most parts!!

Oh yeah by far much love to the folks at tousley, i just wanted to make sure someone over there didnt like me lol. But yeah the more i think about it it seems normal, it could be worse-it could be steeda shipping slow -_-

You did order something over the holiday when they may or may not have been in the office, and sometimes the company shipping something doesn't always update the tracking right away, I wouldn't freak out just yet.

I'm going to add to the "it was a holiday weekend" claim and go a step further and remind most people only returned to work YESTERDAY.

I order from them all the time, but never during the holidays. Twice was an overnight shipping order, both received on time.

That and they are in MN, they have been known to get some decent snow over there [;)]
(no idea what their weather has been like lately though) but they are 1200 miles from Richmond

I'll just say they will most definitely get your parts to you, never heard anything bad about them as a business. Just be patient, I'm sure all will be well.
