Welding im for 10 sedan.
Anybody out there willing to weld my intake manifold to fit in my focus??? Ill pay for shipping there and back. It needs to be welded to fit around the power steering.

do a google search or ask around for a machine shop/ fab shop/ custom place.
put the intake manifold on your valve cover and measure how much room you have between the end of the IM flange (on the stock one) to your PS res. transfer that measurement to the cossie/knockoff and make a line. tell the fab shop to cut the extra off and weld a flat piece on there easy as pie and when i had it done it cost me $60. im sure you could find someone to do it cheaper or even take measurements if you arent confident. Wow 60$ thats it. Im going to do the measurements and see if i could find a shop. I just kinda figured that it would be more involved so i felt i would of needed to find somebody who knows there duratecs.

yeah its really not a big deal, just a cut followed by welding the aluminum plate on. measuring is the most important part. Not $200 worth of work like some companies make it out to be
