Ford Fiesta versus Hyundai accent driver room
Just wondering if any of you have sat in both the new Ford Fiesta and the Hyundai Accent. My wife drives a 2010 GS, and even though I'm over 6 feet tall I still can fit in it comfortably. Wondering how the driver space is the Ford Fiesta might compare

Im 5'9 and felt very comfortable test driving the Fiesta before buying my '12 Focus. It had plenty of head and leg room with the seat slid back. Power was sufficient but felt a little weak merging onto the highway. In the end it was the extra room in the back seat for the child seat that made me chose the Focus over the Fiesta.

I haven't driven a Fiesta, but did sit in one in a dealers showroom. I'm 6'2" and fit just fine.

Drove my friend's Fiesta. I fit just fine. (6'1, 210lbs.)

I'm 5'11" and 200 lbs. I test drive a Fiesta before buying my Focus. I could barely if in the Fiesta and felt cramped. The seat didn’t feel wide enough. My wife then test drove one to replace her 06 Fusion. We ended up getting a 2013 Accent SE. The equipment for the price was unbelievable. The rear leg room is huge. Even bigger than the Focus. She loves the car.

I am 6'4" and 220. I fit just fine in the fiesta. The seat base lowers and the wheel telescopes. I almost bought one but need the extra space in the focus, and with the rebates on the focus the price was almost identical.

from what I gather so far, the issue with the Fiestas seats isn't driver leg room, its the WIDTH of the seats?
thankfully although I'm tall im still pretty slim so hopefully I can fit in the Fiesta ST well we will have to see |
Do what I did. Have the seat track extended back for your long legs. :D
