HID's for 2013 is the harness needed or plug and play?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying hid's for my gf's 2013 Focus ad I'm wondering if I can get away with just the ballasts and hid's or will I need the harness that goes to the battery as well?
Also, the car has DRL's

You will need all that and resistors. Take a look at one of the threads and they will show you all you need to know.
