Radio swap?
 

My wife has a '13 focus titanium w/sync and I have the '13 ST2 w/sync. Now my wife's car had everything she wanted but navi and my car has the navi that I won't ever use. Can I swap out the the head units and give her my navigation or is there more to it than that? Thanks

I would think if the plugs on both are the same it should work. But then again there might be an extra set of wires for the navigation that the other doesn't have.

Depending on how difficult it is to remove them you could take them apart and look at the back of each and compare.
