Complete Work Order that fixed my DCT problems in my 2012
 

Before taking the vehicle in I was experiencing:

- Shuddering between 1st-2nd shift
- Rattleing in transmission and general post 2nd gear shift sounded like rocks rolling around the tranny.
- Car shuddering bad when going up slight inclines

All issues are now gone. Hope this helps others in their dealings with their dealership.

I'm taking mine in at 10am (about 45 mins), for the third time, for the shudder on takeoff, and now a grinding in 1-2, and 2-3 (which sounds like rocks rattling around). I am expecting another "this is normal behavior" response.

Everything you described above the work order there, is EXACTLY what mine is experiencing.

I'm printing this out and taking it in with me.

I'd be very interested to know if these bad seals affected a range of build dates, or if they're all defective.

This is the second dealer I've had it to (didn't buy from this one). IDK if your work order will help at all, but all they did last time was look for external leaks, found nothing and called it good. I'm hoping seeing 'Bad Clutch' on your work order will cause them to look at something else beyond leaky fluid.
