Hi there,

The factory set five-digit Keyless Entry code is located on the owner's wallet card (in the vehicle glove box) and on the computer module. If you're unable to locate the wallet card or the computer module, you can obtain the codes from your dealership. There may be a charge for this service. For security reasons, this information can only be provided to you in person at the dealership. You will be required to produce two pieces of information: personal identification (such as a valid Driver's License or state-issued picture ID); and the vehicle's docuementation with the VIN and the name of the person seeking the codes (vehicle registration, current Certificate of Automobile Insurance, Vehicle Title, or Bill of Sale).

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Crystal
