help installing PIE interface
 

the directions say connect the black/green wire to the ground (Chassis) and thats easy, but where do i connect the gray/violet wire to? it says a constant +12 volt source.

Its gonna be the wire that's constantly hot at all times that powers your clock and keeps all the station presets in memory . For my aftermarket dvd player its the yellow wire in the harness .

I just did mine this morning. In the 06 ZX4, i Believe it's the yellow and green wire. should be either pin 18 Or 19. [thumb] I'll grab a pic in a bit.
