Downpipe and exhaust questions

So I have a t3/t4 turbo set up on my focus, I want to upgrade to a 3 inch downpipe from topspeed. Along with that downpipe I also want to get one of their racing manifold. Both of these are v-band style inlets. Would a v-band turbine housing be the same as a t3 housing if their are the same a/r? or different a/r?
Also I want to upgrade my exhaust as well. I have the hks catback on for the moment, but find it to be a bit to ricy. looking for an exhaust thats essentially low in volume at low rpms and louder going up (I know this is the usual case) also looking for it to be 3inch all the way out the back.
Basically my build is trying to create a 400hp sleeper, so I need to squeeze all the extra hp out of anything I can.

For the down pipe you will get better response most likely if you post it in the FI section.

for the exhaust, you will either want to go full custom 3" taking every bit of straight section up with resonator. Borla most people like has good over all sound. Flowmaster gives the focus an aggressive idle sound. Magnaflow is in my view the budget version of Borla with a slightly not as good of sound. either way you going to want a long resonator taking up the great bit of straight pipe real-estate that we have.
