2001 Focus Wagon Sub Frame

Hey guys Great Site. I got a 2001 Focus wagon from my Mom last year. She got the car new. It has 150 000 kms on it. I replaced the front sub frame , lower control arms oil pan etc. The poor car sat more than it was drivin. Now I need to replace the rear sub frame. I have a sedan parts car are the subframes the same?

The rear subframe for the wagon is 3S4Z-5035-B
