Is there a way to add puddle lamps to our cars?

Sure - take your mirror apart, cut a hole in the bottom and flush mount a 12v LED and then run it off the lights from the interior. Done-

makes sense :)

and if you really wanna get adventurous, try and make it project the word "focus" on the ground like the new 'stang logo puddle lamps. Lol

personally ive been looking into a way to put a thin strip of led lights in the bottom of the door that turns on when i open it...

Is there a way to make the interior map/dome lights go on when the car is unlocked, locked, etc?

Nope................................I have always wondered why when I unlock the car why it is always dark in the car!?!?

No bueno, might want to check fuses, I think there is something for that...

The map lights have never turned on when I unlock the car nor when I lock the car. They are only on when I take the key out of the ignition, when I open a door, or hit the map light button.

I have remote start in my car and I use that remote. I dont use the remote that came with the car. Maybe thats why....?
