yeah for what your spending on the new head im sure you could find a complete zetec setup for the same price or maybe a little bit more, but if you stick with the spi good luck hopefully it doesn't drop again

my plan : fix it and sell it!

Does anyone know the best way to clean all the deposits out of the intake manifold? Other than shaking it upside-down?

I shot engine degreaser in mine about half way full and let it set for ten minutes, then hosed it out with a garden hose in the number 4 intake while it was resting on the ground and letting the water come out the number 1 intake

hey I think I still have one piston from my engine. dinged up top just a bit but the top ring is still free and it will work just fine.

I went ahead and moved this to the SPI section.
