One touch windows not working

Hey!

So I disconnected my battery yesterday and since then none of the one touch windows controls work anymore. The windows operate normally except for the one touch feature.

Anyone else seen this?

Thanks in advance for any help, I really miss this feature 😔

Check your Owner's manual: I believe there's a simple reset procedure.

Really? Had a quick glance yesterday when stopped at red light. Must have missed it. Feel stupid now.

Sorry! Thanks for the quick reply though. These forums really are awesome

Slide your window down till it stops but continue holding down for 3 secs. Then, slide it up till it stops then hold it there for 3 secs. Should work now.

Yeah. This used to happen to my Mercedes c230 all the time after battery was disconnected. I held buttons for like 5 seconds and that reset them.

This. I had the same issue yesterday when I disconnected the battery. Found the solution on a Nissan Sentra site. I was worried that I would have to take the car back to the dealership! Fortunately it was a simple fix.

Yup. Worked perfectly. Thanks again!

I believe my dealer disconnected the battery and now I am having this problem.

Was able to reset the 2 back windows (hold open for 5 seconds, hold closed for 5 seconds) and now they are both working one touch.

However, I seem to be unable to do the same with the front 2 windows. Holding 5 seconds open, closed, open, etc.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Okay, I've sorted it.

1. Hold button down until window is all the way down
2. Release for a split second
3. Hold button down for 5 seconds
4. Hold button up until window is all the way up
5. Release for a split second
6. Hold button up for 5 seconds

I wasn't doing steps 2 and 5.
