Personal best thread (egos welcome)

Since this sub-forum is a little dead, how about we post up our ongoing and past personal bests. If you have a date associated with the best you can include it. Use-to-coulds welcome! [:D]
This is your chance to brag on yourself. You probably beat the heck out of yourself to reach a goal; now let's hear it.

I'll start. Current:
3mi run in 21:31 - 3/8/2012
3mi run +135 pushups 25:47 (pushups every 3rd minute) -3/30/2012

Past:
Bench: 275x1 (mid-2011)
Squat: 265x1 (mid-2011), 300+ (way back in high school)
Deadlift: 370x1 (mid-2011)
(910lb combined. I was lifting specifically for a 1000lb combined, but got a new job and moved before I could reach it)

Weight loss:
Nada. I'm awful at dropping weight. Great at bulking up. Hopefully I can update the thread in the future with some weight loss!

Stats:
5-11" 185lbs

seems like you're in decent shape though as it is

3mi in 21:10 - new best.

Thanks Duffman355. It's all relative though, depending on your personal goals, lifestyle, etc.
If we ever think we're "done" with our goals then it would be a sad life indeed.

My best bench ever was 275 as well, 2 reps. This was about 4 years ago when I was in much better shape. I'm doing the weight loss thing right now and I went from 332 to 288 right now. Still got more to go. Funny thing is, when I was 330 you'd never guess. I got a huge build like my Dad and carry weight well. Didn't have a huge ass gut hanging over my gonads or anything lol

But for your height and weight, 275 is really good man. I was about 220 at the time.

Kudos for going from 332 to 288! That's some impressive weight loss.

WAAAYY back in high school I was 5'6 and 155 lbs and squatted 500lbs on a max 3 different times and benched a max of 350lbs, no lie. My coach/gym teacher wouldn't let me try for over 500lbs, not sure if I could have or not. I am on the "wall of records" at my school. I went to a 6A school of about 500 people in Kansas where football, wrestling and weightlifting were HUGE deals. Back then, anabolic activator from GNC was the bomb!!

Good grief! That's awesome.

Being short everyone always said going parallel was easier for me. We had to go down to a 90 degree angle before we could come up , touch our butt on one of 4 small benches that we had and then lift. My brother who is twice my size and 3 years older was always so jealous. He played arena football for 8 years (center and defensive guard), and I was jealous of him for that but never told him!!! I am just to small...

Uhmm... Personal best for me was 350x2reps on bench press (no assist), 535x3reps squats (knee wraps and flimsy nylon belt), 450ish deads (flimsy nylon belt and wraps)... Currently 6'2" and 230ish pounds... lost 6-8lbs from sickness a few weeks ago, ugh :-/ Currently doing doggcrapp training so hope to improve my numbers :)

That's real good.. I was a skinny stick in HS (also the youngest in my grade which I'm sure didn't help much lol)... Plus, being shorter, you benefit from awesome leverage and RoM on lifts, which, I'm jealous of at times :D lol.
